Share Cap
BCU Manager Simon Foley on behalf of the Board of Directors has recently written to members who will be affected by our new Share Cap of €20,000. The new limit will be implemented from the 1st April 2021.
Additionally, the following measures are also in place:
- There is a limit of €5,000 for minor accounts.
- There is a limit of €5,000 for new members for the first 12 months of membership.
- We are also introducing a limit of €3,000 per calendar month as the maximum amount that any member can transfer into their savings via electronic funds transfer.
