Ballincollig Credit Union is holding its A.G.M. for the financial year 2020/2021 on Thursday 16th December 2021 at The Oriel House Hotel, Ballincollig @ 7.30 PM

Registration for Attendance

Due to the continuing rise in Covid 19 cases, we may have to further limit the number physically attending our AGM this year. Therefore, to avoid disappointment on the evening, we would ask that if you do wish to attend that you register your interest in advance by emailing before close of business on Monday 13th December 2021 and someone will contact you regarding same.

Please note: Covid Certificates will be required for attendance at the AGM.

As an alternative, we will also be streaming the AGM live on Zoom. A link will be provided upon registration. However, this is a virtual stream and will be classed as “view only”. Therefore, you will not be able to vote or ask questions on the night. If you would like to submit any queries in advance, we would appreciate if you could do so by emailing before 5pm on the 15th December 2021.

Ballincollig Credit Union is taking all necessary measures, in line with the advice of the government and HSE, to protect its staff and the public from Covid-19 (Coronavirus).

The rule amendment being put forward to this AGM will allow Ballincollig Credit Union to ensure that full attendance can be accommodated for future AGMs, either physically, online or both.

Please bring your credit union book on the night as means of identification in order to gain entrance.
